110 million votes later Nurse Harrow has finally made it into Deadlock, with special thanks to a particularly dedicated player who 'cast exactly 1,000 votes for her'
Nurse Harrow voters did, however, prove themselves to be of the most skilled players.

Deadlock's most recent round of hero voting amid the City Never Sleeps release has finally come to an end. First we had the one and only Rat King, then Baba, Solomon, Deadman Danny, Violet, and finally, Nurse Harrow, a support with some unorthodox methods.
From the very beginning I've seen some pretty hardcore Nurse Harrow fans, so I was quite surprised to see her take last place, but Valve has revealed that it wasn't actually that close. 110 million votes were cast in total throughout the entire event with just 22,194 players exclusively voting for Nurse Harrow, however, "one player cast exactly 1,000 votes for her", which shows some real dedication.
But Nurse Harrow fans have something that no one else in Deadlock has: skill. "Nurse Harrow voters consistently proved to have a higher win rate over all other hero voters." Well I didn't vote for Nurse Harrow and they've read me like a book, so that seems pretty accurate I guess.
Other interesting tidbits concerning the City Never Sleeps voting round include how the closest contest was Baba vs Solomon for second place. I personally voted for Solomon but I wasn't too disappointed seeing how Baba has ridiculously good mobility, melee, and can turn enemies into pigeons. I really love that last one.
It also turns out that I am one of the 36,236 players who voted in every round and never once picked that round's winner, not including Nurse Harrow at the end because she was the last option left. What can I say? I'm just not like other Deadlock players. In my defence, though, only 847 players managed to vote in every single round and pick that round's eventual winner, so the number of oracles that play among us is almost next to none.
I have to admit, seeing the voting come to a close leaves me a little melancholic. Community events like this are massively fun and really well orchestrated in Deadlock, and who knows when we'll get another one. Valve likes to work at their own pace so your guess is as good as mine.
