The 10 Best Early Black Friday Headphone Deals (2026)
Right now is a great time to buy a new pair of headphones. Brands have largely finished launching their latest models for the year, and many companies are either offering great discounts on older generations or putting the latest and greatest models on sale for the first time—or both. I've been reviewing headphones for more than four years, and I'm currently eyeing the 50-percent-off deals on older Sony headphones.
All the deals below are WIRED-tested products we stand by, including wireless earbuds and over-ear headphones.

Apple AirPods Pro 3 are the best wireless earbuds not only for anyone with an iPhone but also for anyone who wants to keep things simple. They sound great and have some of the best active-noise-canceling (ANC) and transparency modes on the market. They also seamlessly sync with all of your Apple devices. While 20 percent off isn't the best price I've seen for them, it's still a solid discount.
This is the lowest price I've seen for Bose's class-leading ANC earbuds since Black Friday 2025. While this price doesn't quite match that all-time low, it's still a nice discount on some pricey but excellent earbuds. If you want to truly block out the world around you, these are the earbuds to get, despite their mouthful of a name.
$169 for Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 is a good deal. Sure, 26 percent off may not sound very impressive, but it still puts these earbuds at a nice middle ground between budget and premium price, despite their premium performance. These buds make many of WIRED's best-of lists thanks to their small size, secure fit, great performance, and stellar battery life.
Want workout earbuds that won't fall out? Get these Beats Powerbeats Pro 2. They're some of the more secure-fitting earbuds I've ever tested. Plus, they have great noise-canceling, transparency, and even built-in heart-rate sensors, so you can track your workout even if you left your fitness tracker at home.
My main gripe with the Bose QuietComfort Headphones (2nd Gen) is price. At 45 percent off (their lowest price ever), that complaint vanishes, making this a top headphone deal to shop. The headphones are exceedingly comfortable and have stellar ANC—far better than basically every other set of headphones at this new low price of $200.
The more premium XM6 and the newly revived, cheaper XM4C have effectively replaced the Sony WH-1000XM5. But I am still seeing the blue colorway of these excellent headphones at the lowest price I've clocked for these sunsetting cans. When they launched in 2022, they were our top pick for over-ear headphones. They remain excellent and far outperform other options at this limited price.
Sony recently launched the WH-CN730N to replace these headphones, hence the rock-bottom price of 50 percent off. While these headphones can't compete with most specs of more premium options on this list, they're ultra-lightweight at just 192 grams. That and 35 hours of battery life with ANC on is nothing to scoff at.
